Join oncology professionals from across West Virginia and the region for an engaging evening of education, collaboration, and connection at the WVOS 2026 Fall Conference. Featuring expert-led discussion on real-world strategies for improving cancer care access in rural settings, plus a dynamic hematology panel, this is an evening not to be missed.
Provider Registration - inclusive of licensed physicians and allied health professionals including but not limited to registered nurses, nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, pharmacists, physician assistants, administrators, social workers, and office managers in an oncology practice or university; Fellows; Retirees. Provider registrants must not be employed by an Industry company (see below).

Exhibitor Registration Industry Registration – open only to confirmed exhibitors. A registration link will be sent via email approximately 7-8 weeks prior to the event. Any Industry attendees that register as a Provider will be voided. Please email corporaterelations@oss-oncology.org with any questions.
